Otaku International

Doing the usual web browsing and went onto Xorsyst and saw one of his postings which interested me a lot, so I decided to share it here as well. Apparently there’s a Japanese site that takes your photos and generates it into a Bakumatsu-like image. So it looks kind of like it was from back in the day (Friggen Awesome). I spent the next hour with my friend just messing around endlessly with it (You cannot imagine the amounts of pictures we have transformed, we even dabbled in porno…). For those of you who enjoyed my 1st 2D Cuties Gallery, well here is another one. Again this has no nudity but it is considered Ecchi and NSFW, so view it at home or some other convenient location. Before showing the gallery, I was just curious on asking how many of you guys download and save cool images or videos as you browse the web? I know I web surf a lot and therefore whenever I see something I like I end up downloading or saving it. And believe it or not it really piles up to GBs, this includes pictures, videos, games, etc… Just curious on how it is with you guys, Let us begin with the 2D Cuties Gallery #2:

Have you ever tried translating a foreign language site using something like babelfish or the Google translator? Well if you had tried using them then I am sure you have already noticed the complete inaccuracy of these translations. Now I know these things were never meant to be fully relied on in the first place but more as a preliminary thing. However, despite that being the case, these translations are way off, its inaccuracy is to the point of  complete gibberish and nonsensical sentences.

For example, my previous posting about the Pornstar Wife was originally from a Japanese Ask Yahoo, which you can find here. And here is the translated version using Google. Now you can already notice the problems with the translated page.  A quote from the translated page:

Live in the present
Now the most. Multi He degrees in the past It’s a no mistakes People. From past experience, now dead Dental or alive

Now I have no idea wth this means and I am sure there was nothing mentioned in the original that would relate to anything dealing with “Dental.” Now if you want to read the human translated version, you can read it on my posting or at Sankaku Complex. Just curious as to who would even use these online translation devices since they are so inaccurate. What do you think of all this? Ever had a good experience with online translators?

This was posted on on Japanese Ask Yahoo, apparantly a happily married Japanese man posted that he discovered that his wife was previously a porn star. He made the discovery when he noticed his wife in an adult DVD that his friend owns. According to the story found and translated at Sankaku Complex:

“There are children (it was a shotgun marriage), and I think I can pretend I don’t know. I wasn’t really sure it was her, but there is a mole that checks out, you see. I think I should check the identity out, but I’m scared to do so. Do you think I should try asking her friends?”
